Herbal Consultations
I am passionate about the wellness provided by the natural world and the mysteries of wisdom contained within the soil to revitalise and nourish our bodies.

I am registered with the United Register of Herbal Practitioners.
"URHP members utilise the modern, scientific understanding of herbs, as well as drawing on the vast knowledge of traditional herbal usage, used worldwide for thousands of years."

A herbal medicine consultation includes taking a thorough case history, to create a personalised herbal prescription with lifestyle and dietary guidance. I can offer support with a variety of health conditions.
Neurodivergence Coaching
I offer coaching for parents & adults that are living with neurodivergence. This subject is very close to my heart and I have learnt many methods to support nervous system regulation.
Come for recognition, listening and guidance. I offer vagus nerve techniques, methods of communication within and without, conflict management and movement & breath work practices.
"I come to the garden alone, While the dew is still on the primrose.
And the air I share, as I tarry there, Health and perfume drift to my nose.
And I drink to thee in my herbal tea; There’s therapy in this greenery.
And the peace I share as I ponder there, A peace not everyone knows."
James Duke, Herbalist
What is Herbal Medicine?
Herbal Medicine is an ancient form of medicine.
Complex compounds have been studied within plants that provide essential medicinal qualities.
I use this healing wonder in its traditional form, using the whole plant,
so that as much of the wisdom of the soil remains intact in the medicine.
Prescriptions are individually tailored, from taking a thorough case history, providing a holistic treatment
that supports the whole body and corrects imbalances.
Patients of all ages are welcome and treatment can be offered in
association with all other forms of healthcare.

I focus additionally in the area of nurturing nervous system regulation and using coaching and herbs to support maintaining a grounded presence amidst an increasingly stimulating environment

Some areas that respond well to herbal treatment are:
Stress & Fatigue
Urinary & Prostate Symptoms
Digestive Problems
Menopausal Symptoms
Respiratory Symptoms
Arthritis & Painful Joints
Anxiety & Depression
Menstrual Regulation
Cardiovascular Problems
